This Tree Service was considering hiring an admin to take over the mundane work involved in their quoting process. Instead, we worked together to outline a simplified workflow to eliminate the repetitive tasks and move the owner closer to their goal of removing themselves from the day to day of the business altogether. By leveraging automations via Monday.com and Make.com, I built and implemented a simple to use system that helped raise their bottom line through increased conversion rates and decreased administrative costs.
